Nad 315 or Rotel ra04

I'd say the NAD. The Rotel is excellent, but I think the synergy in your system would be better with the NAD. If you can, try and pick up the end of line C325BEE though. Its more versatile than the 315. I had one some time ago and have just bought one again because it is such a superb piece of kit.

Either. I'd be on the side of the Rotel but that's just me

hi fi newbie:I thought you were settled on the Pioneer Matt?

LOL!! You should know by now that I'm a restless soul!!

I love the Pioneer, I really do, but I've been thinking a lot lately about all the changes I've made over the last couple of years. I've tried and experienced all sorts of kit and its been great fun. Some of it has been about experiencing kit I've always wanted to hear and use (the KI-Signature CD player, Pioneer A400, Naim Nait 3) and I've ended a lot of curiosity.

What it boils down to, in the end, is that in all that time I remember being completely moved by the music once. That was when I had the NAD amp. I won't be parting with the Pioneer (2nd system calling?) but I've really wanted the NAD again for some time and, with it being discontinued, this was really my last chance.

I know I'm crazy, but at least its no harm to anyone!!
