Got a bloke from Germany very interested in my Maestro Settanta too which is good and 5 watchers on fleabay in 24 hours.
how much would a fella need to pay for an arcam a85 integrated and power ? if a fella had them , for sale , hypothetically of course ?

I sold mine for £295 each a year or so ago, but I think I got a bit more than normal. I would think £200-250 each for good ones.

Extremely good for vocals, very nice sound all-round. I loved them.

Extremely good for vocals, very nice sound all-round. I loved them.

accoustic , paul weller , cat stephens , also massive attack , gorrilaz , bob marley , rem , billy idol , billy joel , sometimes a little techno , pink floyd , etc ...
i find with my marantz 45 watts , that when i turn up the volume high it doesnt get all that much louder , not like my nad c326bee did , lack of power ? i love good vocals btw ..

The Arcams are perfect for those artists, just perfect. And they are good with electronica like Leftfield.
If you just want one unit, then what about an A32?

yea a few of the guys mentioned the a32 , and they all agree re. arcam , MA synergy , ill defo go for one or the other , a few weeks now and ill have the dough , is the a32 much better joel ?

Heard an A32/P35 combo with Neat Elite in a shop once and that sounded better than my A85/P85 through Dali Ikon 6.

No I'm extremely happy with my CDE, great sound, upgraded DAC and digital in. This will almost certainly be my last CDP.
It's a DV79 DVD player.
