My first setup: Q Acoustics + Sony vs Denon?

Hello all,

I'm planning to buy my very first AV-receiver soon. I live in a small apartment, so I don't need anything too powerful, but I like my music to be "present", if you know what I mean. At first I'll only get a couple of stereo speakers, and I will upgrade to a full 5.1 setup in a couple of months. I will use the setup for music (from Massive Attack to Chopin...) and movies. After some Googling and research on the net and based on the reviews on WhatHifi, this is what I selected:

1) Sony STR-DH800

2) A pair of Q Acoustics 2010 or 2020

And now for the questions:

- Is the Sony a good choice compared to the Denon AVR-1610, considering the price of both devices is about the same in Belgium?

- I'm a bit concerned with the whole impedance thing. The Q Acoustics have "nominal impedance" of 6 ohms, but the Sony STR-DH800 features 8 ohms / channel. I'm not a pro, but isn't this a bad combination?

- Depending on the answers of the previous question, should I go for the Q Acoustics 2010 or 2020? Maybe the 2020 have better bass?

the 2020 are better of course.unless youwant to move the speakers you buy first to the back then I'd go for the 2010.you also wont be dissapointed by kefs C1 or C3, heard a bpack of C1 's with the 1610 with Iron Man and they sounded wonderfull
