Whats the best way of connecting a TV ,Blu Ray player and Integrated Stereo amp together ?

Depends to some extent on whether your Blu Ray player has lip sync adjustment - which one is it?

I haven't bought it yet, but it will probably be the entry level Sony.

If the Blu Ray player is connected to the TV by a HDMI cable is it best to connect the BDP to the amp via the Audio Outs or the TV to the amp via its Audio Outs.

BDP -> TV (Via HDMI the digital way (preferred) if no HDMI on TV then ofcourse the Analogue way)

BDP -> Stereo Amp (Analogue RCA) with BDP set to stereo

I sometimes have my Sony connected to my amp and TV as described and it works fine. Alternatively you could try BDP to TV by hdmi and then analogue stereo from TV to amp and let the TV handle the digital conversion etc of the sound.
