Hello, i'd just like to see if anyone else has got this problem. I purchased the Monitor Audio Idock 200 from Richer dounds the other day for £150 which is a bargain from the original price, however, i am on my second unit because everytime i turn the unit on it hisses and does not stop.
It does not matter how loud or low i have the system or if i even have my ipod docked the hiss is there and is pretty loud. I rang Monitor Audio and they advised the unit must be faulty as it should be prefectly silent and to get it replaced which i did but the 2nd unit is doing the same thing and in a way it sounds even worse?
I'm going to get a refund and not bother getting another becauase of this but is it just me thats having these problems? such a shame because the unit when the music is on sounds fantastic...
