Sorry, can't post links but this looks interesting, on paper at least.

Here it is 3 months later, and nothing. Not one legitimate headphone site has said a word, and WhatHiFi has only the briefest mention and small photo. This headphone is sure to go the way of the Flare Audio R1 or Musical Fidelity MF200 - with no reviews by any headphone specialist, and no greasing of palms at headphone publicity sites, they're destined to remain unknown. I, however, could help them if they sent a demo my way.

Have you contacted them?

Oh sorry - I should have mentioned that. I never ask except in rare cases where the headphone is very attractive, yet it looks to die on the vine. Unfortunately, this one probably qualifies for the latter, but not the former.

One headphone I did request because it looked interesting was the Master & Dynamic, but they responded basically with "we don't think you're a good match to review our headphone." - And I think they were right!

So I don't mind paying - so far recently that's been the Pryma, the RHA T20i, the Beyer DT-1770 Pro, a couple others pending.

Fair enough Dale.

I can't recall ever having seen an ES for that price (though it is a hybrid).

I guess with the onset of affordable planars, electrostatics with their associated need for 'energizers' have perhaps taken a bit of a back step but in this case I can't see the need for any unusual equipment.

I guess someone, somewhere will test it sometime.
