Got a great deal, or so i thought, on a single one of these so snatch it up. Have always loved the "British" sound so for $20 it was a no-brainer for me. Well, after reading up on the model it does seem to be indeed a no-brainer as there is certainly no love lost for this model and it really seems to be a piece of, well, junk. So, is the crossover or tweeter or woofer worth trying to sell or shall i stil try and find another single really cheap and sell it as a pair or ....???

thanks!

Only you can tell mate, whats your chances of getting a match to make a pair, what would you get for it as parts.

Keep it for that 78rpm mono set-up you want.

"Keep it for that 78rpm mono set-up you want." ........ this got me, made me burst out laughing, good one.

I wondered why you'd buy one speaker, try getting another then decide when you've heard it as a pair.

Must admit i too had a big laugh at that 78rpm answer:rofl: One of the reasons i ask is that space is at a premium, i already have a single of an OHM FRS-5 and a pair of B&W DM110's and a pair of Celstion 110's laying around not doing anything but collecting dust. The 703 is rather larger then any of those and thus a pair would be alot more space taken up, especially if the resulting sound quality is not worth it.
