I am also into Rush, Pink Floyd, genesis,Ricochet Gathering, JM Jarre, and errrrrrrrrr Status quo......dont laugh!

My recent musical tastes have been cold play, Foo fighters and kings of Leon .

I have about 40 or more Tangerine Dream Albums and was lucky inough to see them in Leeds about 10 years ago.

Im not too keen on there stuff of the last 5 years and think the Haslinger years were the best.

My 2 fave TD albums are Underwater Sunlight and Optical Race.

Where's the YES? Everybody who likes Floyd and Genesis likes YES! JMJ rocks aswell - met him a couple of years ago at the making of his "Live in your Lounge" DVD. He's a nice guy and has some amazing analogue synths!

Facking ell. Rush eh? classic, saw them twice last year at Newcastle and Manchester, twice 2004, 1992, 1987 and 1983 - probably my favourite band ever - and Snakes & Arrows (studio, live and DVD are great releases)

Floyd - yes, yes, yes. Genesis early stuff, not heard of Ricochet Gathering. Love Kings of Leon, Arcade Fire, Elbow, Marillion (new release is a classic), Pixies, American Music Club - and on and on...

If you love TD check out Redshift (Mark Shreeve - a legend of electronic music http://www.redshift.biz/ for stomping EM with vintage sequencers), Ian Boddy, and Node.

I have a couple of Redshift Albums and was into Yes but not in a big way.

Liked the old Marillion stuff but not the stuff of late.

Ricochet Gathering are a group of musicians who go to wilderness places with a small group of fans and play music.

My all time fave is the Mojave desert one and ive listened to this album more than any other album in the last 3 years and i never tire of it.
Performed live at the Mojave desert Nipton, California, USA between April 25-29 2003

Musicians include: AirSculpture, Dave Brewer, Bill Fox, Free System Projekt, Star Sounds Orchestra, Spyra and Paul Lawler.

Im now really looing forward to hearing it on a decent set up.

See the links about Ricochet dreams music.
