Missing prize - and no response!

:read: Back in January I got an e-mail from the magazine telling me I had won a prize inthe Awards competition - to be precise a Onkyo TX-NR609 AV receiver. I replied as asked with details of my home address and sat and waited until 6 weeks after the closing date for claims.

Nothing had arrived so I sent another email seeking information but no reply. So can someone please tell me what is going on.
