Minimum size of Tv needed to appreciate the High Definition effect

I noticed most of the tv companies dont make full Hd tvs with sizes less than 32inch

Is that the minimum size you need to get full HD effect or someone should go for 37inch or 40inch

what is the general opinion

Depends how close you sit and what content you watch. For example, you can appreciate HD content over SD on a screen as small as an iPad...because you're so close to the screen.

108 ft screen would be ideal for full HD

My screen is 1080p 37", and I sit aboot 3-4m away. Its pretty good, but think my next TV is going to be 42". Wont bother till mine breaks though, am quite happy.
