Micro system to serve kitchen ceiling speakers

Please could you advise if this is a good idea and provide model details. Thanks in advance:

Plan to have in ceiling speakers. Would like to control the sound using a tablet or phone.

Is there a micro system that I can use to provide sound to speakers that I can control with apps?

But with Sonia connect amp, would I not need other Sonos stuff to serve the amp?

Just hook it up to your speakers (you could even do 2 sets), sign up to spotify and access 20 million tracks.

If you can't hook it directly to your router, just get a bridge,.
