Question Meaning of a TV refresh rate

Hi all
I am looking to by the Panasonic HZ 1000 4k tv. However according to the specs it doesn't have 120hz refresh rate does that mean fast moving objects in sports etc the content will appear blurred

There are more factors than refresh rate of a TV which determines motion. I would recommend you check the TV out yourself in a shop to check motion.
