Matching the Jamo A102HCS5 with the Onkyo TXSR307

Hi,

I am interested in buying the Jamo A102HCS5 with the Onkyo TXSR307 as they have very good reviews and reading the WHAT HIFI review of the Jamo it mentioned that:

It can also, however, be ever so slightly wearing if partnered by an overly bright receiver. Be sure to partner them with smooth-sounding amps from the likes of Denon or Yamaha.

Would the Onkyo be too bright receiver or would they patner each other well

Not at all, the Jamo and Onkyo combination works exceptionally well. We normally partner with the SR507 and are always surprised at how good the results are. A really good pairing.

I agree. These were my first set of speakers and they worked very well with my Onkyo. Great combo.
