Marantz MCR611 First Impressions

Hi everyone, I recently bought the Marantz MCR611 with the Bowers & Wilkins 685 S2's and I absolutley love the combination. I previously had the MCR610 with the Bowers & Wilkins CM1's and was not 100% happy with the sound. No issues with the MCR610, but I found the treble and the bass on the CM1's a bit too much. The other feature that I relly wanted was bluetooth and the MCR611 has it.

i was gonna try the new system from marantz on saturday.......saying that i am still very happy with my mcr 603 with cm1s..........know what you mean about the bass issues though can be a bit much sometimes but over all i.m happy

all Marantz melody series produce same power and adds more features with every next generation... it's ok solution for low to normal ( but not very dynamic and complex music) level listening and can early run out of steam when too loud ( clipping).
