7011 is higher end.

4300 great price at £799 at present at Richer Sounds- I nearly bought one for £1000+ before Xmas.

Since Denon and Marantz come from the same stable, I doubt there are very many differences in the electronics themselves. The facias, back panels and remotes may be different, but I suspect that's the limit of the real differences.

Denon receivers are assembled by robots in Japan, Marantz by robots in Vietnam or somewhere, but robots none the less.
