Looking for a USB Turntable to convert vinyl to mp3

Im looking for a usb turntable to convert my dads vinyl to mp3. It is a present but im hesitant about which one to get as my dad is a big music lover and will only listen to the highest quality. I have been looking around and the Pro-Ject Debut III/Phono USB looks quite gd and quite reasonably priced.

Just wondered if anyone has one and can let me know what the quality is like ? Or if anyone has a different one and would reccommend it?

Im only 18 and am new to the music scene so any suggestions much appreciated

The Debut USB is the best single box option we've heard for converting vinyl to PC with some quality as it's built as a solution from the hi-fi perspective. The Debut III is almost the same thing and can be partnered with the Phono Box USB for a slightly lower cost, offering the "hi-fi sound" you're Dad's after. It also means you can give him two boxes rather than one which always looks like more!

OK cheers mate, I agree two boxes are better than one but we're not very good with computers and technology so i was looking for the single box just to make things easier and to fit in with all his over equipment. Thanks for the advice
