Guys,

I'm going crazy here trying to find the above.  I remember seeing them recommended in the magazine a little while go but I cant find them now.

They were to stick to your shelf/equipment to raise your amp/cd player/sky box/whatever up to provide some airflow underneath.

I need them as my Sky+ box doesnt have any feet of its own and it generates so much heat that it is warming the dvds in the draw below it!

Thanks.

God what a relief. ÿI was running out of words to type into Google....

Clare you are legend, thank you - just for that I'll renew my subscription when it comes up again..........I was going to anyway but you know what I mean!

A DIY solution is halved squash balls, incidentally. Not as slick (or indeed sticky) obviously, but if £17.50 is too steep...

I bought 72 table tennis balls last week, will they do?

Sounds like a good idea. I think I might try buying some though, as I like my equipment to look (as you put it) "slick" ;O)

My only concern is that the benefit may be small if the equipment is already on a half decent rack...hmmm

Got some alternative versions off ebay a while back for around '8-10 pound for 4' and they work well, they look just like the isonodes so i suggest you look on there.
They may or may not be as good but will certainly be better than the cut up squash balls.
