LG BP250 Blu Ray Player Question (possible multiregion Blu Ray).

Does anyone here own this player. If so can you access any confirmed region "A" Blu Ray disc's, if you can please let me know if they operate on this player?

We need confimation that this player might be region free out of the box?

I know about those Gel ( i have an OPPO).

This player is available from Argos for £55 and might ( although i doubt it) be region free somehow straight from the box. Just need someone to try it?

No, it will only be multiregion for DVDs, not blu rays.

Due to licencing restrictions, no player will come region free for blu rays unless there is a hardware modification, like the one gel posted or buying a chip for Oppo.

I know mate, but i thought this one might have gotten through without any region locking.
