Im moving home and set my sights on a projector and a 37" lcd to back it up looking to spend about £1000 or less if i can get a good deal on a projector now first things first dlp or lcd dose one have an advantage over the other i think ive got it down to 4

infocus in76

panasonic pt-ax200e

themescene hd70

planer pd7010

all are hd ready and have 5 star rating but quality vs value for money which one do i go for or is there another model you would recomend any info or deals you have seen on the web would help me out thanks

i personally think the infocus is the best of the three. a good single chip DLP. not a fan of LCD. had my in76 for a year now and about to upgrade to either Sim2 d80e, or jvc hd 100. for the money the infocus will blow you away compared to watching films on a 37" tv. the panny is also good, but but has decaying tech in lcd. best to look at both yourself to make a decision

thanks for that i found something interesting about the optoma it has been repaced by the hd700x. projecter point have recomended thai model as one of there best buys at only £430 inc vat if this is as good as the hd70 then that has to be a bit of a bargin but cant find that what hi fi have ever reviewed it can anyone from what hi fi shed some light on the subject.
