Lengths of Banana plug?

Hello all, I have a pair of Neat Motive, really like them and want to set them up as 'neat' as possible.

the current banana plugs don’t go all way the down, the actual connection inside is about 13mm, it doesn’t make a difference in sound quality, but they are a bit wobbly.

I saw images online that actually go all the way down, couldn’t find any amazon listing have the plug length? Any advise? Shall i take a ruler to Richer Sounds?

As long as they sound OK and they are fairy secure all is OK. They are similar posts on my speakers. Don't worry.
