I recently bought Samsung UE37ES5500 this model suits your price range but you dont get any kind of 3D,freesat HD capability.
For this price range the ES5500 still gives you Full HD 1920 X 1080 panel. (Freeview HD) Tuner and (SmartHub) i also like the design i decided to mount the tv to my wall as i thought the stand looked a tad on the cheap side but that's as far as i could knock the tv. for your price range and tv size i would recommend the ES5500.
