Leben CS 300X

Hi friends.

have some one of you hear the Leben CS 300X.

waht is the opinion on this Ampli?

I did. together with semi active Golden Ear Tritton II speakers - pure magic. it's a tube amp but I felt completely no mellowness. just pure, gutsy and very clear sound. but also non fatiguing. features of a good tube amp. I don't know how it would fare with full passive speakers. it's still only 12W of Push-Pull (I guess) power. I would be aiming at panel speakers or with large woofers (like Audio Note) in case of passives. your ATCs may be too difficult. that's not to say it'll not cope driving them. but other speakers would suit better.

Hi and welcome,

Not personally heard this amp, but from what I've read by reviewers and other forum members it is a fine valve amp.

If I were to try a valve amp in the future it would probably be a Leben or a Mastersound.
