LCD TV for the bedroom

I am planning on purchasing a new LCD TV for my bedroom.

I want it to be mounted on a bracket that can lie flat against a wall at 90degrees to the wall against which the pillows are rather than the opposite wall, if that makes sense (I will want to pull it out and angle it between 45-90 degrees from the wall it sits on).

Distance-wise, I'll be approximately 2.5-3m from the screen.

I'm currently looking at the Sony KDL20S3000 (as the newer model [KDL20S4020]apparently can't be wall mounted); but have started to think that I could possibly afford to go up to a 23" screen.

Any recommendations? Or is this the best bet for now? OR should I contemplate going up to a 26" inch?

I would recommend either the latest Panasonic TX-19LXD8 or the Samsung 23R87BDX or the latest incarnation there of. The Samsung I can vouch for as an excellent tv as long as you don't get one with a dodgy freeview tuner like mine. Sometimes it comes on (the freeview tuner that is) and sometimes it does not. Ocassionally it takes several attempts of switching it on and off to get it to work. However, picture quality is very good and you can comfortably hook up an upscaling dvd player via HDMI for some very pleasing results!
