KRP-500A Buzz

I bought a KRP-500A back in October and the unit has developed a loud buzz over the last few days.

I know these units buzz a bit, but this has definitely got louder and it's very distracting when watching at low volume.

Called the support line and they told me to turn the whole thing off and on again Windows style but obviously that hasn't helped. 

Has anyone else had this problem?

If there's no way to fix it then I'm going to ask that it's replaced.

I wouldn't muck about trying to fix it yourself. Get them to repair or replace it. Given how much you've invested, you've a right to expect it to work properly.

I've checked all the connections and can't find anything amiss. ÿUnit hasn't moved since it was installed anyway.

I'll just have to ask them to check and replace the unit.
