I am looking to wall mount my kndle and use as controller for my Sonos player and have a couple of questions to start

1) I have looked at PadTab and I dont really trust sticky pads to hold a bracket to the wall so want something more substantial and that frames the Kindle a bit more and where you don't need to attach anything to the kindle itself

2) Is it possible to set the kindle up so that when I turn it on it will automatically launch the Sonos controller

Many thanks

Damian

1) What about this?

2) Can't you leave it with the Sonos controller on the screen so the screen switches off after a few seconds, so that when switched back on, the Sonos controller opens? I don't have Kindle Fire HD, but it works on my iPad.

1) Uses adhesive strips. OP doesn't trust those. (Nor would I.)

Will try leaving it in the Sonos controller when it switches off, not keen on wall brackets that are adhesive want something more secure

Thanks, Damian
