KEF Q700 vs Monitor Audio RX6

Hi,

Following my previous post opened recently (Q900 vs CM8), I have unfortunately to lower my budget and was wondering if anybody ever compared the KEF Q700 vs Monitor Audio RX6?

I want to replace my KEF IQ5SE hoping that I will notice a major improvement.

My system:Amp: YAQIN MC-100B customDac: Cambridge DacMagicCable: QED silver Anniversary Bi-wire

It will be mainly used to listen to music and sometimes for movies (but rarely)I am looking to get a more spacious sound and deeper bass

I compared both of those amongst others and chose the KEFs. I think the MAs looked better quality than the KEFs but the KEFs sounded better.

Would have preferred the 900s but they were just too big.

The 700s are used for both music and as part of my 5.1 set up, they are bi-amped from the AV Amp. Had them for a couple of weeks now and liking them more and more as time goes by.

Only you can tell which you prefer however by auditioning them yourself.
