KEF Ls50 wireless 2 with hi-res Qobuz

Hi guys! Does anyone know how to activate Qobuz hi-res in the Kef connect app? By default, he just writes FLAC, as I understand it is a CD?

Doubt you'll hear any difference anyway. CD quality 16/44 is more than enough for the human ear.

Not all audio from Qobuz is going to be hi res. There is still 16/44.1 on there, as most music in existence has been recorded and released as such.

But do make sure you have Streaming set to High in the Performance section of the KEF settings menu.

I'd also say that the recording itself has far more bearing on the sound quality than all the bits and kHz in the world.

well, this descended quickly into something that is completely different to what was asked, this has to be a record! 2 posts. The OP is still none the wiser how to make sure they're receiving the quality they're paying for regardless of whether you/they can hear the difference.

Sorry Op it looks as though you may have to give it a google or look in your manual under playback or some such, I'm sure its just a case of playing the track and it will pump it out the best it can. But it will depend on the tier you have paid for as well.
