Now i've had the Z for a while i can say there is no clouding and with a little adjustment got a really

smooth fantastic picture if you can afford the extra it is a fantastic tellly sound is great and

i like the handset lighting up too.

Glad you are so pleased with it. I think its one of the better sets Sony have produced recently and its certainly got better sound performance than the other sets in the range.

I have to agree I recently purchased mine and after having it calibrated, I was really happy with it. So far, no clouding/backlight bleed issues. Better than average sound too, obviously has something to with 12w woofer that is built in. Although, one little niggle was the difference between 100hz and 200hz wasn't really that much too be honest.
