That looks like a Justice For Audio analysis. The DR number is the dynamic range score, don't know details but 12 is the lowest "acceptable" score, good tracks score 17-20 here but it also depends on the composition. Second column is the peak volume, this suggests that tracks 4 and 5 are clipped/distorted in at least one sample. Third column is the average volume, numbers seem acceptable but I don't have reference material.
