I hope this doesnt turn into a another what HDMI cable thread.

But looking on another thread someone mentioned the jumper cables do make a difference.

What are your thoughts on this.

I got RX1 fronts, just wondering if its worth buying some cables for it.

Thanks

just lop a little bit off each of your existing speaker cable and use that I found and do find it makes a world of difference but do use the same cable as your main runs for balaance try it as it's a no cost upgrade you will be impressed. I didn't x y the nex br5's I just whipped the gold jumpers off and used the speaker cable from the missions.

With the missions I found it tightened them up and gave them a better bess response with more control throught the range.

Dumb question.

So I split the two ends, and then just attach to what?

Do I attach to the ones not being used? Do I attach to all 4 and if so, how do I get both cables into the holes.

Thanks

lop a little bit off your existing cable and strip as normal then its hf to hf, lf to lf . Or red to red black to black then ttach your speaker cables as normal its a fiddle trying to get 2 sets of speaker wire into 1 binding post but it can be done its easier if your normal cables are banana plugged.

Thanks for that buy my wire is QED XT and is quite thick, and no way on gods green earth is 2 getting in as one barely fits.

and my wire is not terminated, as I know that does not make a difference as I tried before.

no difference with banana;s unless you have 14 wires into the back of the amp

. You could try wrapping the jumper wire around the posts and leave your permanent speaker wire through the holes as a trial to see what difference you can percieve then if you like banana spade or airloc as a permanent solution. Good speaker wire you have there

To keep the frequency spectrum as level as you can, you should use the same cable for the jumpers as your speaker cable

One way is to use spades on one end
