Judder/Smearing on Channel 4 HD

Does anyone else experience motion issues on Channel 4 HD when there are reds and oranges displayed on screen?

I don't get this issue on any other channel, very strange. [*-)]

I have a Grundig GUFSAT HD box all other channels are fine but the new channel 4HD service judders and is unwatchable
Retuned it manually no difference

Signal is 90% so would not think that the dish is out of position
