what do you think is this guy for real, how some people find him funny beats me

he is very overated imo, i actually think norman wisdom was funnier
and thats going some,
i mean he is being lured from the bbc to itv for £6million now thats what i call funny

his james corden world cup live show is so not funny, i just cant stand the guy at all so false is he
whats your opinions of his shows.

Overrated for you - if you don't like him don't watch him - simple...Great shows with no stiffness and repression - definitely not for you I guess...correct,, but i am only trying to find out if im humourless i mean if i prefer norman wisdom somthings wrong. only watched half of his world cup show its tha bad.

the poor souls are suffering enough surely

Tells us nothing except that TV executives are prepared to pay large amounts of money to get a bigger audience share.

The most popular and/or the most expensive does not imply more talent or otherwise. Just their appeal to large numbers of people.
 
I really like him and get his humour

and i have really enjoyed his world cup live programmes.

I don't get alot of the other so called comedians out there in this country at all.

Far from it: with the show pulling in more than six million viewers at its peak (and 3m+ on average), ITV is making a mint from advertising around the show.

Indeed.

Some people lose sight of what the 'product' is to a commercial TV station. (It's not the programmes and it's not the ads.)
