ITV news HD

I've noticed for a while now that when i watch itv news at 18:30 it appears to be in HD although their is no itv hd logo, can anybody confirm whether this is true or not.

If it is true why has nobody mentioned it before ???

ITV News is in HD, although reports and outside broadcasts continue to be upscaled SD.

London Tonight is also in HD in the ITV1 London HD region only.
