I just scored a granite plinth for my TT for £50. I spent a week looking around and a lot of retailers were trying to sell for 4 times that much, same specs, i.e cut to required size and all 30mm tall. Just goes to show its worth spending time looking for a bargain. Unless someone is about to tell me that granite quarried from Italy is better than the bog standard Ukranian granite or that some granite from Outer Mongolia really tightened up the base and opened up the sound stage.

Now I just need some feet. I want some without the domed bottom. Just tubular but flat either end to match the feet on the Linn TT. I know I'm shallow.
