Wow, that's quite an open question.

In what way do you mean, as in direct from master tape, from digital or analogue tape, who did the mastering etc?

Generally, for any of these, not by looking at the vinyl - i.e. there's no AAD/DDD code like there is on CDs.

Google normally comes up with details certain albums (the more sought-after, the more detail you will find...there is tons of info about Beatles albums for instance), but you would need the matrix code stamped on the outrun in the centre of the vinyl to get an accurate match, as there are normally lots of different pressings of the same album.
