Is The way of making my reciver wireless or at least like the magic eye for sky

I currently need to have the unit wide open to use the reciver if only it was like the ps3.

is there anything out there thats not a fortune

There are plenty of infrared remote extenders on the market, with a sensor you need to have in sight of the remote handset, and a flasher unit you place on or in front of your receiver. That way the doors can be closed and the signal still gets through.

They start from about £25-£30 for a complete kit.
