Is the Samsung LE40C550 as good as its predecessor, the LE40B550?

Hiya,

I recently placed an online order for the LE40B550, but received an email that the seller has its successor, the LE40C550 available for the same price. However, I'm not sure that "newer" is always " better". The LE40B550 received great reviews (and is even the budget Best Buy in the October 2010 mag), but I can't find any reviews on the LE40C550. Can I safely assume it is at least the same quality?

it has better blacks, very good blacks in fact, some say better than the edge lit samsungs..
