Is my stylus bent ?

Hey guys,

I finally bought an Audio Technica AT-LP120 turntable last week, and today I was looking closly ay the stylus. It seems to me that he is not as straight as it should be.

I am planning to buy a better one soon, but I'd like to know if it's safe to use this one or not in the mean time. I'm new into the vinyl world, so your advices are welcome

From what I see that looks decidedly skewed to the outer edge of deck. I would not use it in its current condition.

When you get new one make sure you double check the tracking weight.

If you bought new then I would send it back because in its present state it is unfit for purpose and, if you didn't damage it yourself, it was obviously defective when fitted or was set up with too much downforce.
