ipod touch!

Hi peeps...

Well I owned a new ipod clasic Video Ipod (120Gb) then decided to take it back and swap it for an IPod Touch.

The short time I have had the device a think the touch personally sounds better! much more of a warmer sound stage might not be as detailed (although sounds great, and I cant tell) to the ipod classic, but overall much more listenable!

The Apps are great, and so is the screen for watching movies..... downloaded the Thriller Video and its just nice to be able to have that bigger screen there.

All in all very happy!

Yup, the Touch is a fanastic little device - don't know what I'd do without mine now.

GPS device in there would of been cool!

I am gonna get it connected to Itunes over airport express and then remotely control my music!

Do you do this? if you do is it really as good as it reports?

I do indeed - it works very well. When cooking in the kitchen I can easily transfer music to the speakers in there and change tracks and volume as I wish. During parties, it's a good novelty thing as someone takes the Touch and controls the music for half an hour or so!

You can stream the Internet radio stations from iTunes through the Airport Express. For the Touch, I'm pretty sure there is an app which will do this, but I haven't actually tried.

it looks like u cant use cover flow to search when in remote mode, thats a real shame

The radio app I use on the itouch is 'Internet Radio Box' at a cost of £1.79 well worth the money, never new there was so many radio stations out there that play my type of music.
