Ipod to xbox360

Evening all

When I plug my Ipod classic into my xbox 360 it refuses to play any tracks downloaded from Itunes and any tracks that I've recorded in the Apples Lossless format. All other tracks play fine.

Is there any way of getting round this?

AAC is supported (you need to download the codec from XBOX live marketplace) if that's what your iTunes-bought songs are in. I don't think that will help with the lossless files though.

Yeah looks like I may have to choose between xbox compatibility and apple lossless

I had a look for the codec that you mention but can't find it in marketplace. I'm probably being stupid but could you tell me where I need to be looking specifically?
