iPod 4th Gen Display Album Artwork

When I start to play a track, the album artwork is on display. After few seconds, it is no longer illuminated, it is still there but only just discernible. If the iPod is moved, the artwork is displayed again, then disappears. How do I keep it illuminated all the time?

on main menu scroll to

settings/backlight timer/always on

Warning though, it'll run your battery down very quickly with the backlight constantly on.
