iPhone Backups

Does anyone know how I can back up my applications from my iPhone onto my PC...just in case anything happens to my phone.

When I connect to itunes it will sync and backup music, but not the applications.

Any Ideas??

I think you need to right click on the iPhone in the iTunes left nav, and select 'Transfer Purchases'. Then all our apps are on the PC. Don't know if this backs up any data though...

Hi,

I think when it syncs it does everything ticked (including a contacts back up).

I have had to reset the phone and since had a second iphone and all my contacts, apps and game scores were restored.

When I reset and asked to install as a new phone, it put apps back on but not scores. Oh dear - birdies revisited...
