I guess he is in the USA (or somewhere you can buy from the US easily), judging from his Kit? Polk Audio & Integra are huge brands in the US and I think the DTR-30.1 is the US version of the 707 over here, as they are the same company.

I don't think I have read any reviews on the 707 over here, but the 607 & 807 are well received, so it should be at least a 4 star product, so I am sure it is very good.
