Infocus 4805 and Blu Ray?

Hi, I have had the Infocus 4805 projector for several years and it works great with DVD's. I now want to change to Blu Ray and was wondering if I will see an improved image quality with this projector. Any advice?

You'll get some benefit, but I think you'll need to look at a new projector to make your move to Bluray more worthwhile. The 4805 was a 4:3 projector, and resolution was 854x480, quite a way off the current 1920x1080 projectors. You'll see better background detail and better black level, and maybe a couple of other small improvements, but the limiting factor will be the 4805.

I HAD THE SCREEN PLAY 5700 AND THAT WASNT HD READY LET ALONE FULL HD

AND THE PICTURE QUALITY OVER BLU-RAY WAS STUNNING

IT WAS CONNECTED VIA COMPONENT FROM MY PS3

AND COMPARED TO MY ARCAM DVD PLAYER !!!!!
