Importing tracks to Spotify?

I have found a few 'gaps' in Spotify Premium. (Yes I have finally bought it.)

For instance in my 'Pure Cheese' playlist I want the Julio Iglesias, 1976 live version of 'La Mer' (as found on the film 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy').

However, I cannot - for the life of me - find it on Spotify. Can I import the track to Spotify?

If you can find it (Julio Iglesias' La Mer - or El mar - from the 1976 album 'En El Olympia') let me know what Spotify search term you used.

In the meantime I have the Charles Trenet version but it's too good for 'Pure Cheese'

In the 'Preferences' tab in the 'Edit' menu there's a section for local files. I've never tried it myself but I think that's how it's done.

Ah ok found it under 'edit' in 'playlists' but it's greyed out so I have to add 'local' files on the Mac first before it shows up on any iOS devices.
