IEMs for Android in the quality of Apple earpods

I've been using an old pair of Apple earpods with 3.5mm connection and for me the sound is really good. I love it. I compare their sound with my Audio Technica m40x, and they are good enough.
The problem is that the volume controls don't work with Android. Are there headphones at this price range (30$) that sound as good (or better) and are as comfortable as the Apple earpods? Only with volume controls, mic (and other controls if possible) for Android?
