i phone docking station

Hi all,

My son is after an i phone docking station for xmas, sorry i know it's still early for some people, anything on the market considered up to £150, he would like it to have digital clock/radio alarm facility too, it does not need to be portable or battery powered as i doubt it will leave his room, any ideas, thanks.

I won't reccommend the B&W Zeppelin, although it's brill, at £400 it's too much. But thought I'd point out that the iPhone will do the extras you're after. Every night I dock my phone and use it as an alarm also loads of really good Internet radio apps (ooTunes) for iPhone so as long as you have good wi-fi or 3G work fine

Hi, I'd look at either the Yamaha PDX50 which has a neat wireless feature or the Logitech Puirefi Anywhere 2 which can be had for under £70 at Richer sounds just now.

I got the Pure Chronos iDock II last year, and it has been excellent. Good DAB reception, good sound, with clock/alarm as required.

You can get it on Amazon for around £80.
