Question I have denon x2800h avr paired with wharfedale diamond 12.2 lcr and 12.1 surround, advice appropriate upgrade

What are you not happy about with the current set-up - so what are you looking to improve upon?

Is there a budget in mind?

Can you clarify - this is a surround set-up but you have posted in the Hi-Fi section. Are you trying to improve the stereo performance, surround performance or both?

I am looking for more detailed and clarity in my music, more high and mid frequency, I am happy with my low taken care by svs. Mid range budget not too expensive.

I can only go off my own experiences but when someone says they want more detail etc I immediately go to Monitor Audio (which I use for that very reason).

In my stereo set up I currently use Silver RX1 and in my surround set up I use speakers from the Radius range.

If you are able too, perhaps demo some and see if they fit the bill.

Yes MA's would be an excellent choice.
I have MA Silver Front and MA Radius rear, feeding off from the Denon 1800h AVR, has plenty of detail, nice open sound. Replacing the Wharfedales with MA's will bring the improvemnets OP is seeking.
