Looks like it was based on Brooklands in 1908 http://www.bankingonbrooklands.org.uk/

I walked around that part of the banking last week, in technicolour of course.

Yes. Owned one, too 😳 And in the same colour.

Also had a mkII Vitesse - great noise, was swift(ish) on the straights, but brakes couldn't cope... 😱

Owned a mkIII Spitfire, too. Had the test drive on a hot, sunny day, with the hood down. Bought it on the spot 8)

But then it rained, and when I put the hood up, I realised my natural eyeline was actually 3in higher than the top of the windscreen... :doh:

The Danny MacAskill video is ridiculous. I don't think it tells the full story judging by the state of his arms when he drinks the red bull around minute 4!
