It's an online retailer selling what is not (by a very long chalk) Nordost's most expensive cable product: fail to see anything 'howly', or indeed 'mowly', about that...

Nordost's range is expensive, but don't knock it till you've tried it. We've had naysayers change their minds to the tune of Valhalla in the past for set-ups that aren't uber expensive but will still wring the last ounce of performance from their system. Even Blue Heaven RCA cables at the bottom of the range are very impressive with some set-ups.

It's worth having a listen (even if you wouldn't consider spending this much on speaker cables) just to hear what is possible

I have just changed my Nordost Flatline gold speaker cables to blue heaven and I am not that pleased with the result.

The bass sounds like it has been restrained and muffled, the mid and hi end sounds perfect but because the low end has been lost the sound starts to get on my nevse.

I found this to be strange because I upgraded my interconnection to blue heaven first from my cd player to my pre amp and this made a massive differance in clarity and sound stage

well i picked up some new speaker cable lengths this morning, rick of musicraft sent them over to me.

2 two metre lengths each terminated with banana plugs for the very reasonable sum of £25.44 plus delivery to ireland.

each single length/strand is about a quarter of an inch thick of pure copper

surrounded with a thin see through film of plastic, with the plugs fixed very firmly in place.

thats what my speakers want, lots of nice thick electricity friendly copper

, not thick plastic coating in fancy colours

so, as the saying goes, a speaker cable (like this) is for life, not just for xmas

LOL, I think your right when it comes to cooper for speaker cable, my old speaker cable being Nordost flatline gold is made of cooper and it seems to have made a better job on the low end sound.

So I might have a try of bi amping the speaker by using the cooper wire flatline gold on the bass and the silver wire blue heavens cables on the trebble and mid range and see what happen then.
